Safe use guide
Please read before first use.
For adults only. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if you cannot breathe comfortably through your nose, for example when you have a cold, a blocked nose or nasal congestion.
Before you start
- If you have a breathing, sleep, heart or other medical condition, or you are pregnant, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
- Don't use after drinking alcohol or taking medicine that makes you drowsy.
- Try a mouth tape for 15 to 30 minutes while awake before using it overnight, to check it feels comfortable.
- Do a skin patch test first if you have sensitive skin or known adhesive sensitivity.
How to use
- Clean and dry your skin. Remove lip balm, oil or moisturiser from the area.
- Nasal strip: peel the backing and press it across the bridge of your nose, smoothing the ends.
- Mouth tape: close your lips and place the tape over the centre of your mouth.
- In the morning, lift from one corner and peel slowly. Wet the edges with warm water if needed.
- Each tape and strip is for single use only.
Stop using and remove straight away if
- you feel uncomfortable, anxious or short of breath;
- your skin becomes red, itchy, irritated or swollen.
The tape should always come off easily. Never apply it in a way that stops you from opening your mouth or removing it yourself.
Do not apply
- on broken, cracked, irritated or sunburnt skin;
- on someone who cannot remove it themselves.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the pouch sealed between uses.
